We are very happy with the fire and the installation of it, it was all done professionally and on time ,I had cheaper quotes for supply of a fire place, but the reason I purchased it from hearth house was because right from the first phone call with yourself you were polite and knowledgeable on the subject. When I came to the store Mark was very friendly and confident in what he was doing. This service went on right to the end thank you all and the two young lads did a great job on the installation they even cleaned up after and took all the rubbish away regards Tag & Moz Cookernup
